Candle Care & Safety Guidelines
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Always burn candles out of reach of children and pets.
Keep away from flammable materials.
Do not touch the candle while lit or immediately after use – it may be hot.
Avoid direct inhalation of smoke.
Keep the wax pool free from matches, trimmings, or any debris.
Never move a candle while it’s burning.
Do not use liquid to extinguish the flame—snuff it out instead of blowing.
Ensure the candle is placed upright and all packaging is removed before lighting.
Do not place candles near heat sources or in draughty areas.
Leave at least 10cm between burning candles.
Do not burn the candle for prolonged periods without use or if the vessel is damaged.
Always place candles on a heat-resistant, level surface.
Stop use when 10mm of wax remains.
Extinguish the flame if it flickers, smokes, or becomes too high.
Allow the wax to cool and harden before relighting.
