Shipping
We ship all of our orders using 2nd Class Royal Mail with photo required, Monday-Friday excluding bank and public holidays as standard, with the option of 1st class available. Your order will be processed on the same day as you place the order up until 1pm, any orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day. We only post at present to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your product, or no longer want it, you can return it to us for a full refund as long as:
the item is returned within 14 days of receipt
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@aeryliving.com and send your item to:
