We currently deliver across England, Wales and Scotland. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked as standard. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Returns
We hope you love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.Please email info@saltandblossom.com before sending anything back so we can help you with the return.Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and keeping proof of postage.Please do not throw away any item, including faulty goods, before speaking with us first, as this may affect your refund.
Refunds and exchanges
A full refund may not be available if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or outside the 14-day return period.Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@saltandblossom.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.If you would like to exchange an unused item for something else, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
